Liability Waiver
Roxform Demo Day — Test Ride Liability Waiver
By participating in a test ride at the Roxform Demo Day event ("the Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation. I voluntarily choose to test ride an electric bicycle ("e-bike") provided by Roxform at the Event. I understand that cycling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and equipment malfunction.
2. Assumption of Risk. I accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to myself or third parties arising from my participation in a test ride. I confirm that I am physically capable of riding an e-bike and that I will comply with all safety instructions given by Roxform staff.
3. Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release Roxform, its directors, employees, agents, and event partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my test ride, including claims arising from negligence.
4. Safety Equipment. I agree to wear any safety equipment provided or required by Roxform staff and to follow the designated test route and speed guidelines at all times.
5. Data Use. I consent to Roxform collecting and storing my personal details (name, email, phone number) for the purpose of contacting me following the Event. My data will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Roxform's Privacy Policy. I may request removal of my data at any time by contacting info@roxform.co.uk.
6. Marketing. I agree that Roxform may contact me with follow-up information about products and services. I may opt out at any time.
